• Number of pages / templates are limited to purchase agreement, addition of pages / content will trigger incremental costs
  • All project levels recommend an ongoing SLA to ensure maintenance and security
  • Costs will include options for “free” imagery only. Any third party image costs will be incremental
  • We cannot make any changes to the templates. Any required custom changes to the existing / chosen template will trigger incremental costs
  • All project tracking / client alignment will be captured via Zoho and communicated through the account manager
  • Any design needs above what is defined will trigger additional costs
  • Inclusion of functionality not supported by template will trigger incremental costs
  • Does not include management / content for eCRM and/or corresponding fulfillment
  • Budget does include 1 hour of WordPress training (as detailed)
  • We will provide domain purchase instructions, but domain should be purchased by domain holder
  • Hosting is provided within initial cost for the first year only
  • We cannot and will not provide service or maintenance post-launch for clients who do not have an SLA. If a client chooses not to purchase an SLA, we will not be held responsible for any bugs, security breach, issues that the site experiences once site is launched
  • Each package is limited to two rounds of design amends. Additional rounds will trigger incremental costs
  • Each package is limited to ONE round of QA amends. Additional amends will trigger incremental costs
  • Design changes requested in development will trigger incremental costs
  • All content will be supplied by client. Additional content creation will be incremental
  • Irish translation service is not included by can be provided for an additional cost (per volume of content)
  • Video content is not included in packages
  • On exit of contract, written content and imagery can be exported. The technical assets are non-transferable and remain the property of Clickworks.
